​1. Placing an Order

• After you have familiarized yourself with our assortment and chosen the furniture you need, contact us via the WhatsApp number provided in our contact information.

• If the selected sofa does not meet the required dimensions, we will recalculate and arrange for its manufacture. For this, we will also send you a list of fabrics and colors via WhatsApp. For example if you see a console with a white lacquered surface in the photo, but desire the same console in matte black, we will record all requirements and process the order according to your wishes.

 

2. Production Time

• Standard production time: approximately 30 days

• Exact timelines depend on the complexity of the order

• Some items are available in stock (please check with the manager)

 

3. Payment Methods

For custom-made items:

• 50% prepayment before production begins

• 50% after production is complete, before shipping

For in-stock items:

• 100% payment before shipping

We accept payment through convenient fast money transfer methods of your choice.

 

4. Delivery

• We provide photo and video reports before shipping

• Before shipping, we conduct quality control and provide reinforced packaging

• After full payment, the item is sent to cargo

• Delivery tracking is available after dispatch
